Has anybody added scissor/Lamborghini doors to their Elise?

If so, could you tell me the pros and cons and also where you bought them from (got a link?). THANKS! OLD FELLA

Maybe it makes it easier to adjust the channels on the TVs in the headrest with the Lambo doors!

I saw the original poster was asking if old fat guys have trouble getting in and out of the car and was also looking to buy a gull wing roof, so he isnt trying to be like a 20 year old kid that is pimping his ride. As an old fat guy myself, I think he is wondering if it would makes getting in and out of the car easier.

Been busy... new job keeps me tied up quite a bit.

Doesn't really matter because this car is so small, opening your doors all the way still doesn't take up any more space than opening doors on a full size car.

U'mm yeah but the problem is the detent not the door size. The detent's are very far out before the door holds and it is much further then the first detent of a normal car.
