I put together a simple how-to article for removing and installing new shocks on the Elise this weekend:
Replace the Shocks And Springs on a Lotus Elise | HowTune.com
Thanks to you guys I was able to source a set of used LSS (Sport) shocks and springs at a great price. It's a super easy job (the bushings and ball joints we're considerably more time consuming).
And yes, this is what a 113k mile Elise looks like
These we're a slight upgrade for me, the car had the base suspension on it before. So far, I'm loving the new shocks, just a little bit gnarly on some concrete highway sections, but it's worth it elsewhere.
