Simpler shifter mod "bushing"

Insted of a bushing I used one nut and washer where the bolt goes into the floor and one nut and washer against the shifter bracket. Infinitly variable length....no stacking washers or cutting bushings to the right sze.

My only concern would be it loosening up with vibration or use. Did you loctite the whole thing?

+1, I'd at least stick a lockwasher in between each nut and flat washer.
