No need for change...The economy will take care of F1 in the next couple of years. F1 has been a 2 race horse for so long that it has gotten boring even for the fans. Last season might have been a better one but again would you watch the NFL, Soccer, basketball or any other sport where only the top 3 teams are constantly winning and arguing like babies (Ferrari cough cough!)?

Put limits on horsepower: weight ratios and yearly budget and that's it, otherwise, no rules on weight, dimensions, horsepower, no. of wheels, type of power-plant, etc. F1 should be a place for innovation, not the spec. series that it is becoming in the name of "parity". Only way this will happen is to oust Eccelstone, Mosely, et. al. I really don't care about the sex scandals and politics, just make the racing better and the cars more interesting and make it cheaper so privateers and small companies can get back into the sport.

You cannot cap the yearly budget of a team. Unlike an NFL/NBA team you cant use a salary cap since the two drivers are the only ones making real money and you cant get a world champion for cheap. You cant block team expenses because then the teams will just start setting up "sponsorship" deals for free engines, gearboxes, etc....
