I know that there are several threads about removing the snorkel. I have been working on the car, what else is there to do in the cold NH winter, and I tried to remove the snorkel to no avail. I popped it off the airbox, found the screw on top of the air box and even got a screwdriver in there. However the screw just turned with out loosening. Is there a special trick to remove this screw, or did my frustration kick in too early and it should jut back out?

Snorkel is now sitting beside the car in the garage thanks to the tips.
