Integrated turn signal doesn't work, I assume the metal panel on the back is the solenoid to correct that, but I dont know for sure. Otherwise it's in near mint condition, garage kept.

This piece is not included, you should already have this piece when replacing your headlight.

The metal panel underneath is the ballast assembly.

The LED turn signal assemblies are not designed to be repairable, so the headlight must be replaced when they go out. (There was talk of trying to repair them by separating the shell and re-doing the LEDs board but I don't think an easy fix ever came out.)

Thanks for the heads up. On my MR2 Spyder, I baked my headlights and opened them up to paint the insides. If I get bored enough, I might try this and see if I can repair the turn signal. I know there's a place in Tampa that does this and puts halos in other headlights, I bet they would have a better idea of a repair solution
