Hey everyone, first off I wanted to say I have been tossig around the idea of getting a lotus. Then I found out I was deploying to Iraq for a year, and realized I would have more than enough cash to get one when I get back. I leave end of this month and when I get back will be selling my 06 civic SI. I have had MANY questions but the search function has helped so much and just looking through the threads here did also. I'm tossing around the idea of an 07 elise or an 06 exige. But I'm sure there will be more options and prices in a year...so I'm not sure about anything.
I'm also wondering what sponsers forthis site make a supercharger for both cars becuse I figure it will be cheaper in the long run, I'll do my own install.

Anyway wanted to say hey and jus get started in this community
Btw I live in mobile Alabama if anyone is intrested, many people from 8thcivic.com seemed like that was really imparative...so idk

I don't know if they stink never had a ferret...LOL just came across the name a long time ago...I always hear people online saying I have ferrets and I want ferrets and ask me how they are I don't know anything about them... Thanks for your wishes

I for one agree with your idea of buying NA and supercharging it yourself when convenient. Same concept applies to track mods like a suspension upgrade; avoid the track pack and buy a damper/sway bar package at half the price. Here's a thread you'll probably find relevant:

well doesn't the track pack have the leather seats also? And I doubt I'll be tracking my car to much, so upgrading the suspension would be kinda useless stiff ride on Alabama roads isn't that fun...
Didn't think that far ahead.
Or am I thinking of the touring pack? Hmm I thought it was only touring an sport...
