I have a '73 Europa Special and need a tool that is used for adjusting the front shocks. Also is there a amount of turns needed for an adjustment?:shrug:

Spax Shocks

Adjusting Spax - what are you adjusting the damping? That should be a simple small screw driver or dime in a pinch. OR are you wanting to adjust the spring perch? If the later, it will help to turn the perch with a "C-shaped" spanner from Spax. It can be done with a large pair of channel-lock pliers, but you'll need to take the spring load off the perch and then they'll turn easily.
As for Ken at DBE... a real Lotus enthusiast!
