Hi Everyone,

The staff at St. Louis Motorsports (Lotus St. Louis) would like to invite you to join us February 7, 2009 for our first monthly "Cars and Coffee” morning being held at our beautiful new Lamborghini showroom opposite our Bentley and Maserati showroom at St. Louis Motorsports in the Chesterfield Valley. We plan to hold a monthly meeting of exotic car enthusiasts patterned after the famed "Cars and Coffee of Crystal Cove" in Orange County, California. Why don’t you stop by for an authentic cup of cappuccino, and while you are here you can tour the fresh new inventory or use our facility as a meeting point for a coordinated drive with friends out to the wine country of St. Charles for example.

The atmosphere will be very relaxed and you will be able to browse at your leisure while discussing the newest exotic motorcars on display with other "true enthusiasts" such as yourself, also, you’ll be able to enjoy the sights of the exotic cars that will be driven by our clients and local enthusiasts a like.

We are sure that "Cars and Coffee" at St. Louis Motorsports will become THE destination event for exotic car lovers in the St. Louis area. See you then!

Please R.S.V.P. by calling so that we have an idea of how many people will be attending. Thank you.

I like the idea - but why start this now --- in February?!?!?!?:confused::wallbang::no::confused::huh::shrug::wallbang::sad::(:huh::wallbang::sad:

This isn't California. There is a ton of salt around here and it is freezing.

Oh, come on now! It will be in the 60's all weekend. Would be a shame to see tons of much more expensive and equally "fragile" exotics there but no Lotus'... I'll be there rain or shine:up:

Meeting time at the event is 9:00am. See you there!

Oh, and the right URL is St. Louis Motorsports. I didn't see any event info on the site. Any questions should be directed to Adrian Hill at (636) 449-0000.

Even if it is in the 60's - that salt isn't going anywhere. I can literally scoop up a half pound of that junk just outside my driveway left over from last week. At that rate - it will be well after March before enough is gone to not affect the aluminum.

I may show up with my daily out of curiousity but I wouldn't do that to my Exige. I would hope the dealership wouldn't do that either with any of their cars either - it would be a shame to see that Bugatti or flat black Murci get salted. But most likely they will either stay inside or be pushed out where they don't get exposed to that.
