A removable steering wheel also helps. Although I like to have the wheel in place when getting out so I generally just leave it on.

I use the "put your butt in first" method of getting in the Exige. Then I just fold my legs in under the steering wheel.

Not that it answers the question, but my Alltrac turbo has a nice feature that at first seems strange. When you turn the car off, the steering wheel releases and goes up to easy entry and exit. The very high bolsters require it.
