I damaged my factory steering hub on my 88 Esprit (trying to remove stuck bolts).

It's really an ugly issue; the hub is aluminum allow and I damaged 3 of the 6 holes. Not sure if it's practical to drill out, reweld and rethread or just find another steering hub.

If someone has an interchange number with a junk yard part, that would be great. The hub is marked '2503' and 'Personal' and 'Made in Italy' - not sure if it's a Nardi or Momo (I believe Nardi?).

UPDATE - I found a UK source for the part A082H6027H. If someone has it state side, I would be interested.

Can you drill and heli-coil the buggered holes?
I'm guessing it probably can be heli-coiled; not much meat on the hub - that's my concern.

A new hub from the UK is about $100, so on the fence on whether to repair or replace - leaning towards replace; more so if there is a USA source that isn't that more expensive.
