Stevens dimensions?

So for some reason I was comparing the size of my Esprit to other vehicles.... I was trying to find an easy "standard" to use so I hit up wiki.

Lifted from the Stevens section:

Length 1993–95 & 1999–2004 172.0 in (4,369 mm)
1996–98: 173.8 in (4,415 mm)
Width 1993–95 & 1999–2001: 73.5 in (1,867 mm)
1996–98 & 2002–04: 74.1 in (1,882 mm)

Does this make sence to anyone... Are there really differences?

For 1993 models onwards:

Overall length
- S4; USA S4S; GT3. '98 V8, Sport 350 4369 mm (172.0 in)
- non-USA S4S; '96 & '97 V8 4414 mm (173.8 in)
- Sport 300 4391 mm (172.9 in)

Overall width - excluding mirrors
- S4; USA S4S; GT3 1867 mm (73.5 in)
- non-USA S4S; V8 1883 mm (74.1 in)
- Sport 300 1900 mm (74.8 in)

Overall width - including mirrors
- all; 1981 mm (78.0 in)

Overall height - at kerb weight
- S4; S4S; V8; GT3 1150 mm (45.3 in)
- Sport 300 1164 mm (45.8 in)

As said above, the rear spoiler affects length and the width (excl. mirrors) difference is due to wheel arch extensions.
