Here are the dyno results from today.

First run is stock exhaust, second is the QS exhaust. About 1.5 hours between the two runs.

Between 4 and 5 HP, not bad! The QS sounds just like on my car, like a beast! Too bad you can't get a feel for the crack pop pop pop that happens with back pressure...

Thanks for posting, xfactor!!!
Nice. Can't wait to hear QS compared to a stage 1 or 2. I'm a bit surprised to see such a larger hp gain! That's great.
since there is a 10-1 weight to horsepower ratio i plan on driving my car with a remote control so my lack of being in the car and saving 200 lbs of my weight will give my lotus 20 more horses!
Here is another graph with both sets of curves superimposed. It's messy, but you can compare the two runs more easily.

Sweet! Thx for posting David. Nice to get independent confirmation.
Hey Shinoo,

Get me that cold air intake and I'll do it again ;)
Cold air intake? Who has that? Hmmm would that still be SCCA SS compliant? If so, sign me up!

No it wouldn't be SCCA compliant. Our intake has some restrictions, but it IS already a cold air intake. It breathes through the driver's side air scoop behind the door. On the high cam an additional air path is opened, under the air box.

On the Celica, some of the tube intakes help everywhere above 3000 Rs, but can hurt below that point.
Xfactor,
Thanks for the info! Where did you have this done? I live 2 hrs north of Atl so Im guessing it was close by?

Shinoo,
Ill take one QS asap! Do you have any in stock?
Dan, sent you PM with all the details.

Hey Stan,

I read your post on the intake tests you did, but I'm still willing to test out a cold air intake that shinoo offers. If it hurts performance I'd just take it off. No harm in trying it out.

We sold all of our initial stock, pretty quickly. We placed a substantial order that should be arriving any day. Hopefully this week or next. I already have a bunch of orders for much of this stock.

Based on these dyno results we'll probably sell out of this next shipment soon as well.
i can't view the video. am i missing something?

Well Shinoo if I can't have one this week then forget it! Just kidding, you warned me to get it 3 weeks ago.

Count me in on the next batch. Ill call you on Monday.
