A slightly odd question...

I've seen pics of a green Elise with 2 yellow stripes down the center a few times. Has anyone seen a yellow Elise with green stripes perchance? If so, do you have/know of, any pictures around the place?

Interested to see how it looks...

I know there's a thread with yellow cars and green stripes...it was on this board. Im pretty sure it was in a "stripes" thread.

Im sure someone will remember which thread it was.

I like Titanium with yellow stripes - I can hide on the interstate from the cops and look just like pavement - stealth Elise LOL

It's only my opinion, but

Yellow with green stripes ----->yuk

Green with yellow stripes - looks nice and is historic. I believe Chapman added the yellow stripes on his first trip to Indy. All the roadsters of the day were festooned with advertising and were quite colorful. The little (and like the Elise in a sea of SUV's the Lotus 29 was tiny in a sea of traditional front engined roadsters) Lotus needed something and stripes were added to the traditional BRG.

Awesome photoshopping Steve!

Now you have to paint the sides of the car "concrete barrier tan"
so the FHP won't catch you on I-95. Some road debris like a shredded up retreaded tire on the hood would compelte the full stealth effect.
