I know I'm not in the right section....but the audio section is just so darn slow.

I just picked up a little powered sub from a forum member and wanted some questions answered about it's installation.

From what I can see it's pretty easy:

1.Run the power cable to the positive terminal of the battery
2.ground the sub to some bare metal
3.run the white and red RCA jacks to the back of my head unit.

Is that about it?

Yes car audio is typically quite easy to work with.

Few things, you will want a fused connection from the positive terminal but I believe that's it.

You may want to adjust the gains on the amp if it's available.

it is available. I also read about a remote turn on wire...usually being blue/white, or just blue. I guess I need to connect a wire to this so it gets power to turn on.

Also, anyone know an easy way to remove the head unit withouth the little silver slide key things?
