where does that wire loom run from the center light housing?

that light isnt working for me & I think it may be unplugged at the harness end... but i cant trace where it goes after running behind the top rear clam/roll support

If the other brake lights are not working, check fuse F5. Otherwise, check that you have voltage at the light. This will tell you if it is the wiring or light.

other brake lights are indeed working...

ill have to check voltage, but the connection to the back of the light housing seems good

Did you ever find out what the problem was?

My rear brake lights are working but not the third brake light. I replaced the bulbs but still no luck. I took a voltmeter to the positive and negative and it's reading 0.00v. Not sure what the problem is. I looked at the construction of the light and it looks so simple that I can't imagine it's the light....
