Well, that could certainly explain how he would get the dealer agree to letting him sell his spot on the waiting list. Both parties get a nice profit as a result! At least he was more honest in the specs of the car and deliery details than some sellers.

I can't stand all these ebay auctions, I'm moving this post to the 'cars for sale' section.

You gotta love his one-paragraph, all-caps-shouting "list of demands." It's almost like he kidnapped the car and is holding it for ransom!

Second day and no bids

Foolish to try to speculate on the car like this. I suspect he will find that out the hard way, and wind up losing money when he has to take delivery and sell

Also rather surprised that the dealer will allow it. Nothing in it for them, and they risk pissing off customers on the list
