YOu might want to investigate a bit before going with Joe, seem to be a number of disgruntled buyers in UK/Europe. You can do a search on SELOC or Brit. BBS. for details
Certainly don't know all the whys and wherefores in this case but with the kind of money involved, think I'd look into it first.
