A scam is a scam, whether it's an Elise scam or a BMW scam. They SHOULD go to jail, yes. How do you propose we catch them?

Sean's was pretty much exactly what I was looking for, but his asking price for his used car was quite a bit more than for the new one I found at a dealer. I think 2300 miles on a car is a big turn off, esp when you can easily get a new car for much less if you look around.

I just looked at his auction, and the high bid he has on it is about high market price for a buy-it-now from a dealer, and his reserve isn't met. I'm thinking he'll be very lucky to get much more than that price for it.
