There has to be a better key replacement option.... my factory replaced key is missing a screw and is very unstable. Ordered the GRP replacement but haven’t gotten that one to fit my needs yet either....

Any thoughts?

I have programmed my immobilizer to only be active whenever I want it to. The rest of the time, I just use the mechanical key to lock, unlock, and start. I keep the factory "nutsack" in the car if I ever need it, but I don't carry it on my keychain. In my opinion, that's your best "Chapman-esque" option, and, functionally, it works great.
