Just taking a stab at this...maybe a Lotus dealer?

Or Lotusgarage, but likely isn't much cheaper, if any, than a dealer.

Adjust cable so the stop is the throttle, not the cable.

Haven't done this on Elise, but on a few other cars.

Don't overstress the cable that way.
