Anyone have thoughts on what I may have done or not done to cause this wear pattern?

Worst on right front and right rear. Left are fine. Track was counterclockwise (that was probably obvious). Tire pressures 31 front and 32 rear hot. What else do you want to know? Oh 2017 Evora 400.

I am not a tire expert, but that looks like a good bit of roll over. That outside is destroyed compared to the inside. More camber and a little more pressure would have helped for sure. Overdriving the tire will also do this. My understanding is that for the Evora you want to be closer to 35-38 hot on track depending on tire.

I aim for 32 front and 35ish rear on PS4S.

What is your alignment at?

Overall though this is pretty common on Evora's due to limited camber ability. Few threads on this in the Evora forum.

This happened to me in both front and rear. A few things.

The front undertray needs to come off to provide access to an eccentric bolt to maximize front camber. I chose to take it off myself because I have a lift, front splitter and I knew I’d be more thorough. Still you’ll only get -0.9

I also found 31f 33r to be the sweet spot.

The PS4s is a great tire for street and occasional track days, but they just can’t handle the heat and heat cycles. They will delaminate. I switched to the Cup 2 Connects with the 240 wear rating (not the old Cup 2s) and they’ve seen 7 track days so far and have worn incredibly well. The shoulder is much stiffer than the PS4s and has shown no excessive wear. There is still plenty on meat left but the second section from the outside is wearing on an angle despite the shoulder with barely any wear.

I agree with everyone above. Not enough camber and wrong tire for heavy track usage. Check your tire temp right after you get off track the outside is going to be hotter than the inside. Keep adding camber till the tire is evenly heated from inside to outside.

31/33 is great for a DotR with its typically stiffer sidewall. Conti ECS is similar to the Michelin you run. 33/35 will limit the rollover of the stock alignment, which is inadequate for track usage. BTW I see more Michelins delam v the ECS which even for me, just plain old wears out....You rolled all the way onto the sidewall proper so definitely need more pressure. That was 50% of the wear issue. Camber was the other 50%
I was able to get ~-1.3/-1.4 camber up front. The 2013 could only get -1 degree.
There is another thread about tire wear in there with pics of my ECS wear. You will notice I am wearing the center rib laterally which means it is involved.

You will not be disappointed with the Cup2 tires on the track. I have ran both PS4s and Cup2s on the track, on my BRZ the Cup2s have a lot more grip when at temperature. When cold or wet they suck. I have been told they will fall off quick when overheated but I have not seen that yet.

You will be wasting your money if you don’t do a alignment. I run 2.3 degrees camber on a Exige.If you want to push it on the track you must have more camber.

You need to zero the front toe, cut the rear toe in half and get as much camber as the stock parts allow. Tire pressures just mitigate the damage. 33/35 will not be needed with Cup2 I suspect. Maybe 32/34 max but those that have experience with them will know better. If you want to save some coin, go with NittoNT01's for track.... EXCELLENT tires

+1 on more camber. My tires don't quite look this bad, but the shoulders are toast and the inner is like new (4k miles, 6 track days). I started to get some delamination as well. Part of the problem is it seems these tires like to be warmed up slowly (i.e., ~2 laps before pushing).

Also, a good source over on thelotusforums suggested that Lotus's test driver says 2 bar (29 psi) hot. I agree, this seems low for a heavy car... but the tires are far better behaved at low pressures with less push.

EDIT: I missed that you're running PS4S; I was talking about Sport Cup 2s - just as an FYI. The source I'm referring to at TLF is TheKevlarKid. I've seen a number of his posts with good information, so I went with the lower pressures yesterday afternoon at Sonoma and found a significant improvement in balance.

29 is indeed sweet but you will fry the outer edges REAL fast this way!!! Ask me how I know.....
