I am setting the alignment after installing the 111 DS braces and toe links, and I was hoping to get some clarification:
When setting the toe the recommendations are 3mm total toe in...
Is it Option 1: 3mm toe in from the center of the hub, i.e. the forward part of the wheel will be -3mm, the center hub 0mm, and the rear part of the wheel -3mm?
Or Option 2: 3mm total; front part of wheel -1.5mm center 0mm and rear +1.5mm so all together there is a 3mm difference?

I'm virtually certain it is option 1, but I wanna make sure I don't have to do this twice.
Cheers all!

My understanding is, the toe is measured as a total of right and left wheel. So in this case it would be 1.5 degree off the center line of the car per wheel.

3mm is the total between both wheels. If you setup a line parallel to the cars centerline, and measures the distance to the trailing edge of the wheel as X, the measured distance to the leading edge of the same wheel would be X+1.5mm
