Uh.. I honestly don't know much about them.. I'll recite what I do know; What is a type R? extra power or handling?
Yeah, none were sold here by Honda, that I'm aware of.It's the Racing version of Civics from Japan. Think M3 CSL (in fact Type R stands for...wait for it...Type Racing).
I'm not updated with my Honda knowledge: I'm not sure EK9 Type R Civics were imported to the US. Is your friend's car right hand drive?
NM--I didn't read that last line. Kudos to him for a true JDM ride.
LULZ! His RHD made you "jealous".
Sorry to be frank (mean), but two different classes of car. I see a hotted-up grocery getter and a sportscar in those photos![]()
'Cause then it would be a "real" British car^ Why?
No I meant like.. I wish my Lotus was RHD. :thwack:
He wants to be a mailman?^ Why?
*sigh*He wants to be a mailman?
Cool is a state of mind. Very subjective. It's the cool thing nowadays.
It is an actual Honda Civic Type R, from Japan...I didn't know there was a Civic R. Or is it just the badge and engine swap. Type R I thing gives you another 1,000 or 1,500 more rpm.
