I recently ordered a bunch of stuff from Sector111 and received it very quickly!(helps that I'm in California, but anyway :D)
One thing I didn't receive was the free boomerang tow hook...which I'm actually glad I didn't. If I had, I would not have been able to experience how great Cade, Toni and Brandon are about customer service. Each of them jumped at the opportunity to set things straight. They are all a credit to the Lotus community! :up::up:

Just to add to your post, I definitely agree and I would more than happily do business and encourage others to do so simply because of the great customer service, great products, and the fact that they quick jump on any issues customers have. My purchases have all gone very smoothly and being over on the east coast, the products do arrive very timely.

Apparently Im much faster at responding to customer issues then to finding nice threads like this on the forum!
