I've been working on this issue for quite some time (whenever I get time)... Mechanic replaced the entire blower motor unit. He even tested the circuitry on the entire wiring for the ventilation and everything checked out fine. The fuse keeps blowing (under the dash) after like 2-5 uses of the blower with varying times of use. He said next thing to do is replace the circuit board where the control knobs are...

Anyone can think of anything else to check? I don't want to be stuck with no AC this summer lol :)

It is either the fan speed switch, blower or wiring.
A good first test is at the fan speed switch, separately jump the green wire to each of the green/yellow, green/gray and green/blue and see if the fuse blows.

Thanks, I'll throw that recommendation his way when I drop the car off for Clutch Replacement. You have a good eye for Lotus Electric issues on the forum!
