I have the entire piece (#9 in the illustration) but missing the plate that is shown on the trim piece.

Not sure if anyone has the plate itself but willing to buy the whole trim piece if it includes the plate

By plate, do you mean the portion shown as a rectangular feature spanning most of the piece? That's not a plate, just a raised section of the foam that the piece is made of.
