I was putting the main access panel back on my 400 after doing some maintenance and noticed these holes in the panel just in front of the rear diffuser and just behind the main access panel with 4 clips for bolts attached to them - near the front and one on each side. Everything feels secure so I don't think it's for support plus with the holes it makes me think something should go there. I can't find anything online that's helping figure out what's suppose to be there - not even the factory parts diagram.

It looks like you are missing the cover for that access cutout.

My car is a Evora S and only has two bolts, but looks like the Evora 400 has 4 bolts holding that cover:

Maybe it's just an access panel for that eccentric bolt so you don't have to drop the whole diffuser to do an alignment.

Thank you, that does help. It's odd it doesn't sit flush though unless it's another cooling scoop.

from the diagram, it looks like the leading edge is open, so I believe they are cooling scoops.

I'd say that they are for rear Alignment bolt access, Cooling/airflow, and also some drainage.
