It looks like you are missing the cover for that access cutout.

My car is a Evora S and only has two bolts, but looks like the Evora 400 has 4 bolts holding that cover:

It's odd it doesn't sit flush though unless it's another cooling scoop.

from the diagram, it looks like the leading edge is open, so I believe they are cooling scoops.
