couple question ...

Where I come from we regard the front splitters as disposable protection for the front clam, especially if your car is lowered and/or used as a daily driver. From that point of view spending extra for Carbon fibre ends up being a waste of money.

Speed humps, ramps, dish drain etc are your enemy.

I went up to Auto Europe a few months back to have my car worked on. while I was there I drove an Elise with the SACHS suspension. I was so inpressed that I decided to sell the suspension on my website. LotusOwners.

I had them put it on my car and then lower it to 130mm and cornerweight and align the car.

I think it is a bigger improvement then anything else I have done.

I know this sounds like a plug so I can sell the suspension...but it really is just a note at how amazed I am at the difference.

1. I'm running the double-adjustable external-reservoir Nitrons with the stiff springs from Sector111.

2. I did the Lotus driving experience in the UK and it is definitely worth it! Note that it will probably be raining, the top will be on, and the cars are RHD.

3. no

4. I've removed the license plate plinth and winglets to enable me to lower the car to the max, so no splitter.

Thanks,

Joe
