Just for fun what did you pay for your Elise? Please include when you bought; year of car; mileage; and upgrades on the car when you bought. I bought my 05 almost 3 years ago with 9200 miles and $35000.00 in upgrades for $31500.00. Both tops included and touring pack. Seller wanted $36000.00 but gave me a great deal! How about you?

March 2013, 2005 Elise, 54xx miles, stock (LSS), $30700, Graphite Grey, Hard top included
March 2012, 2005 Mag Blue Elise, 39k miles, $26,500, Hard Top, Touring Package. Minor rash in front (like many) and some minor starshield issues. Since then, body shop fixed front and replaced starshield. Also replaced stock wheels with LSS. Now it is perfect in every way to us.
Found mine in summer of 2010, a bone stock 2005 Elise touring & sport storm titanium with 23K miles for $30K.
March 2014, 2007 Elise, 25xxx miles, katana 2 SC, upgraded exhaust, (LSS), $36500, solar yellow, Hard top included with touring.
DEC 2013 2006 Elise with 40k miles hard and soft top talked him down to 28.3k but with with tax title and license came out to 32k.
Summer 2006, '05 Elise, 7k miles, Touring, hardtop, $35,000. Worth every penny!
Good thread.

Summer 2009 got an '05 Elise with 6300 miles and two tops for $31000. Another $1000 to ship it from Denver to Michigan. Got the best color too, nightfall blue, just like James A.

Of course that turned out to be just a down payment. But that's another story.
Bought Dec 2013, 2005 storm titanium, both tops, touring & sport, star shield, lss wheels & R888s , 23,XXX mi (immaculate) for $28,200. He wanted $34k, but made a deal. Nice guy! This was my last shot as three other deals fell through after they agreed on price. Fiancé said "don't go buy something that won't make you happy. Life is too short." So I tried one more time. I also wear a superman cape daily with wolverine claws. That's another story though...
2007 Elise, June 2009, 2400 mi, hardtop, $34,500.
2005 Storm Titanium, 38k miles, lid bone, splitter, speaker upgrade, $25k in Oct 2012
2012 I bought 2005 with 8k miles with HT for 31k.
I've had mine a little longer than average in this thread :)

2003 111S - paid $64k for it in June 2006 (List price was $105k). No intentions of selling so current value = priceless :)
Purchased my '05 Elise in October of 2010 for $18,400
41,712 miles,
clean title and car fax,
a few paint blems,
soft top only,
clutch was on its way out.
I'm 99% certain that was the best bought Elise yet.
How much was the clutch job? I'm assuming the seller factored that into the asking price? Great deal either way! CA would never be lucky enough to see prices like that.
September 2010, purchased #134 in Rye NY from the original owner who was asking $30k for my '05 BRP, showroom condition. 5900 miles. Got it for $27k. Touring, Hardtop. Felt like a got a great deal, so i took the money i perceived i saved..and booked a BOE date in Kansas City.. :)
October 2013

2005 krypton green elise with 60k miles, had a bunch of sector 111 upgrades, exhaust, harness bar, wheels, hardtop, well maintained, etc

$32,000

These things took a huge dive in 2009-2010 due to the economy. I remember seeings a bunch for the low $20's.

Now they have popped back up.

You edited this already but you're saying your car had $35000.00 in upgrades? I've seen your car in person and this isn't possible.
