What % of Lotus owners in the US are on LT?

Active users, or just registered?
Of people I've met at C+Cs and the track, most (probably 70%) have heard of LT or have an account, but almost none are active or read the forum regularly.
Obviously C+C and the track will automatically select for "enthusiastic" types who are likely to be on the forum, too, so I think the global number is smaller.

I'm in Toronto. I don't see many Toronto people who are active on the site. I'm guessing only 10% are active and maybe 20 or 30% are members.

I didnt vote because i dont know. But i have 3 other cars. I dont frequent the forums for those other cars because quite frankly, I dont care too much about them. Also, if I wasnt a DIY kinda guy, I wouldnt be here either. So Lotus owners with more "important" cars, or people who just bring cars to the shop when something goes wrong, may be those Lotus owners not on LT. Thats my guess.

I recently had a Jeep and now have an Audi S4. Two cars with very active forums. I spent no time on them. New, mass produced stock cars under warranty that I'm not modifying? No need to do the forum thing

number of people registered on LT÷(number of Lotus sold in the US annually X 10).
this assumes loss of vehicles to accidents and the expected limited number of 10 yo cars still on the road

Good question. Would be cool to know a number. Especially the total number after all the ones that are totaled and gone.
True! I bet quite a few people browse here for the information without signing up.If they are not on LT, they don't know what they're missing!

I misread the thread title as well. I'd also say a very small percentage.
Just cross referencing the Lotus cars listed on LT vs. the cars listed on CL/Autotrader (respective region), you'll see that there are a lot of owners that do not list on the board. I think the same can be said about parts for sale.
One could argue that they prefer CL or other avenues for transacting, but I think it's because they're not even on here.

Most non online Lotus people that I know are far from casual. They prefer a more physical connection.
