Sometimes they ship with an angry leprechaun in the boot armed with a razor blade.

Other than that, not really.

Take a peek underneath the car to see that:
- It has been jacked up properly, no crushed body bits
- Not much (or any) scraping of the front clam
- When you get it home, change the oil straightaway! Then have fun!

Since you have waited so long to buy one, getting a PPI from a authorized dealer won't hurt (time-wise) ... unless it's brand new.

The $100 or so you spent on PPI gets you to sleep easier.

If it's a 2009 then you have nothing to worry about since those model years have not been sitting in dealers lots much.

The people on LT going to cheer that you finally a lotus and will stop making 4 topics a day...or would that lead to another series of questions and topics every day? -poke-

Get a Lotus Sport Cap, then just cruise.
