I was replacing the 12V socket when I stumbled upon some stray pigtails. Fished around a bit to try to find the male connections and didn’t see anything. Anyone know what these are for?

Those are the connectors for the driver's side seat belt warning light.

One side attaches to the inboard (female) seat belt buckle, the other to the wiring harness under the center console.

If they're never connected you'll never get a "forgot to buckle your seatbelt" red light on the dash.

Many thanks!
