Hi, Guys:

Please help to make the decision for which twill for my car?
- 3K like the OEM CF parts
- 6K like RLS likes
- 12K as bolt as KTM's
Whatever matches the rear 2010+ spoiler and supports you'll be shipping to me. My carbon roof (Sector-like) and carbon hatch (Reverie) don't match anyway, so I'll get over it.

would be interested in seeing the twill differences in pictures.
Check this out:
- the 3K is pre-preg, so looks dull.
- the 6K is pre-preg, so looks dull but quite nice.
- But 12K I don't have the pre-preg sample in office, so it is very shinny.

Which is your favorite HKFEVER?

Only exterior CF on my S240 is Sector111's front splitter, which needs replaced anyway (clear coat is starting to look dull/matte). Do you know which twill is used for my front splitter? Can I re-clearcoat it with a rattle-can clear?

I prefer 12k, for exterior like KTM.

Most of the vender use 3k, I guess only RLS and me use 6k.

Try to sand it down as much as possible, then polish it, but don't sand down too much. If sand down to CF surface, it will become shinny at the over sand spot.

Then spray clear coat Hope the UV did not go deep enough ;)

If it has already blister & yellow like those cheap rice, still give it a try, but chance is hahaha

I think what you've been making in 6k has been pretty damnd near what I'd be using if I knew how to do what you do.
That said, I've got parts from S111(mirrors), APR(canards), Reverie(door panels/pulls/lip) and HKF... so my car is a bastard of twill anyway.

as usual, if you make it I will come :)

Check his HKFEVER threads. There's pics of a couple of sets. I want them but shipping is very expensive unless we can do another group buy. Hopefully the group buy happens in a few months so I can recover $$ from this last group buy lol.

Group Buy for side skirts doesn't ready make sense!

To ship by sea, min is 2 CBM, which is around USD1600.00.

With 2CBM, you can have over 20sets in it. So average USD80.00 for the sea + another USD40-60 for you inland, then total around USD140.00 per set

To ship by Fedex, USD350.00 can cover 4 sets, average USD90.00 per set. Then drive to pick it up from the member's place with some 6 packs.

By, 2 regular nuts abd bolts at each end and 3 rubber expansion nuts in the middle.

It won't get in the way of under tray.

It doesn't block the jack points.
I am assuming you will also need to drill five holes in the aluminum structure?
