Will the side skirts that are new Elise R fit on a 2005 Elise. they look great and protect underside from rock chips

anyone know where is the best place to buy them

I doubt that they would be bolt on given the new chassis. Without seeing them it is hard to say how difficult the fit up would be. If you could live without the extractor behind the front wheels such a skirt would probably not be that hard to fabricate. Just don't expect much from the aero side of things without a decent CFD simulation and wind tunnel testing.
