Wait, what am I missing why is this sketchy. I would be kind of scared it might be stolen, is that what you mean?

Stevens bodies were not produced until 1988. And there's no title.

[edit: ok, yeah sorry, that is at least a citroen transmission as advertised.]

Yeah, it is definitely an '88 Stevens body Esprit, (I have one), and it definitely has a Citroen C35 trany, (been in mine several times)

Its sad - I hope some one can do some thing with it. A nice shiny black Esprit is always good. The project looks like an impossible mountain to climb but I hope its not.

With no Title you are buying a pile of parts that happens to look like a car. In addition you get a hacked up car with no motor. Because it isn't running you can't tell what works and what doesn't, what is good and what isn't. This project is not for the novice.
