I am looking for some lightweight wheels. Which means forged.
Something like the Volk Ce28 or Te37. Must be wide, like 7" & 8"

Did you consider Lotus Cup 240R wheels? Fronts are 16 x 7, rears are 17 x 8. Weight may not be the absolute lightest, but are built to withstand punishment.

The translation from the Japanese website is not straight foreword, but the emails are easy.
