WTB: sound insulation from behind seats

The big one, about 4 ft wide and a foot or so high, behind the seats, between the cargo area panel and the engine bay. Comes with the touring pack. Let me know if you'd consider saving some weight and parting with yours.

Thanks.

that one's sold... Anyone else want to lighten their elise?
how much do you want to pay for it?
sixty bucks plus shipping, but has to be fully intact (not torn or in pieces)
bump
you can order it from the dealer. I did , it wasnt that expensive
Taking out and putting that thing in while trying not to tear it was a real pain....
You can also Dynamat and/or bquiet under the plastic panel.

It made a difference, but not greatly.
Thanks for the suggestion from the dealer--I'll price it out, but I think it was $150 or so, right?

Chris--awesome write up. Hmm. You had mixed results, so I think I'll still go with the foam. I just can't imagine a thin layer getting close to a a couple inches of high density damping foam. Have you thought about adding the foam to your setup?

So--if any of you have the foam, I'm still interested!

+1 in my case it tears when your holding it..

+1. I have two of them. They both have tears in them from R&R.

I think it is going to be very hard to find one without any tears in it except from a dealer. Even then, packing and shipping could cause tears in that thing.

I have had mine in and out several times and really don't notice that much difference in the sound level inside the cabin with it in. It is only thick at the sides and is very thin in the center portion.
