If anyone has removed their intercooler shroud (the plastic piece on the back that connects the roof duct tubing to the IC, I'd be interested in buying it from you.

This is the piece that is siliconed onto the backside of the I/C

Thanks,

I need one for research purposes (to experiment with making a mold).

So it can be cracked, but for the most-part whole?

Does that help?

Are you making a mold for the other 11 RLS group buyers like myself who had no idea that procuring this piece was going to be necessary to install the new intercooler? I am glad I found out about this before I began the install.

You can remove the stock ABS - plastic shroud. It is a bit of a project, but many people reuse them. Use ABS two-part epoxy to fix the cracks that are likely to appear in the corners of the shroud.

Yes and no... I am making a special mold for my own use, that could possibly be used by others if interested....

Bite me.

I need one to make a mold from. So I don't need a new one.
