It's missing its turn signals... would inquire as to why that is... it means the front clam has been replaced. Might want to make sure that it wasn't in an accident (that didn't dirty up the title, whether it wasn't severe or wasn't reported, I wouldn't know).

Plenty of people plain hate the stock turn signals and I can't blame them. I had 3 replaced under warranty for popping out at highway speeds from broken tabs. And TJ replaced them so I got the whole notched clam thing done as well. Question is still valid, but it doesn't in fact 'mean that the clam has been replaced', only that it has been modified.

Exactly. Sort of a red flag that there might have been an issue, but I know people that had it done just for cosmetics.
