So I havn't driven my car in a week so I put the braille on the charger and put it back in the car fully charged and when I go to start it all the dash lights go haywire and I don't hear the fuel pump kick on or the starter

Searched through 9 pages of battery issues but cant figuar it out. My battery is charged up

have you disconected the battery again, waited 15 minutes, reconnected the battery tried to start it again, and duplicated the problem? Sounds like the ECU is confused to me. But I'm not sure. Reboot the car, that's my suggestion.

check that you didn't install the positive cable on the negative?

Have you put a voltmeter on battery to see if voltage is really there?

Next, check connections with voltmeter: take reading at battery post, then at cable, then at the next connection (which iirc is close to battery post).

Will say a little lotus prayer for you, but this sounds exactly like when I fried my switchpack after my battery died and I accepted a jump start.
