Is anyone familiar with this black on black 1983 turbo in Tooele, UT listed today on Facebook marketplace? The car was purchased out of Florida. I’m looking for a project Guigiaro car and perhaps this is a good candidate?

Is anyone familiar with this black on black 1983 turbo in Tooele, UT listed today on Facebook marketplace? The car was purchased out of Florida. I’m looking for a project Guigiaro car and perhaps this is a good candidate?

Can't really tell a whole lot from the photos. It doesn't appear to have been modified too much. Some interior bits have been refinished, different stereo, and the anti-tamper bits of the carbs have been replaced. It sounds ok in the video and I didn't see anything untoward in the exhaust, but again - not much to go on.
It is an '83 listed on Facebook in Las Vegas. I think it got posted on here.
