There are SO many good to great products on the market that you will likely get a lot of different recommendations that will work for you. I've also changed up over the years many times, but to get you started, here's what I use now.
Car wash shampoo: Adam's Car Wash (blue). Cheap and available by the gallon. I use microfiber wash mitts.
Wheel Cleaner: Griot's HD wheel cleaner. The standard strength stuff isn't significantly stronger than just using plain soap, but if your wheels have a delicate finish like diamond cut, then I could see using it.
Wheel brushes: wheel woolies
Quick detailer / after wash maintenance: Prima Slick or Hydro. Easy to use. If you want a spray sealant in lieu of all the work that goes into applying a ceramic coating (see below), Hydro MAX is excellent.
Ceramic coating to protect finish every 1-2 years: Adam's Graphene or Optimum Gloss Coat. These products have to be applied over polished / naked / bare paint in order to adhere. If you don't want to mess with this, Hydro MAX above every month.
Interior: Griot's Interior Cleaner
Polishes: Menzerna, though I think there may be something easier to use these days
Paint Decontamination: Adam's clay and iron decontamination spray. Others make same product...Car Pro, etc.
If you just want bare bones set of stuff, I'd get a car shampoo, quick detailer, and pick a paint sealant of your choice.
