Love! 🙌🔥😍 Greg, can’t you just make us matching 3rd brake lights too to complete the look? 🤷🏻‍♂️

My time in line came up, paid Greg and lights showed up in 2 days. Feel a little guilty since I still do not have my engine block back yet and will not need them for a couple of months probably. I have only had my Lotus a little over a year but learned quick that if you are going to need something to buy it. Have already ran into parts I knew I would need in a couple months and when you go back to order they are out of stock.

And I do agree a matching 3rd brake light would get some more money out of my wallet! Hint hint @GregsRaceParts

I also got my lights in about two days. Greg answered all my dumb questions really quickly. They look great of course.

I will say that I wasn’t sure which relay was the correct one, and it wound up being the one on the bottom rather than the top like the YouTube video says. Helps that it said “12V flasher” once I moved some wires!!

I’ll add onto the pile. Though overall most V3 owners are happy campers, the one critique I’ve seen repeated is the lack of brightness during the day. Happy to report Greg has addressed that issue with the V4’s. Below attached are some pictures comparing tail lights off vs. running lights on during the day.

I finally got around to editing my comparison shots for the V3 lights and the new V4. As always, these photos don’t do the difference justice, but you can tell an immediate difference between the two in person. Please forgive my dirty bumper.

Good pics Mike! Really shows the difference in how the V3s emit in a wider pattern and the V4s really only project out of the front face. I wonder if the sides on the V4s are channeled like old higher quality neon signs were done to prevent light bleed. That would aid in brightness as well as mitigating sunlight entering in and washing out the light.

In for the V4s, even though I have the V3s installed.

Part of me wonders how it would look if you had V3s on the inside and V4s on the outsides. Just wanna explore the possibilities.

@GregsRaceParts : I have the V3 on my evora ….. the V4 seems to look even nicer ! Congratulation!!
Are you considering to do something to replace the center brake light ( the one one the wing)? …. When you have the V3 ( or now V4) the central brake light does not look nice and slick …

Added myself on the waiting line. My Elise has been made and sold originally for Japanese market, I assume it has UK/Euro spec wiring?
Yes, your car will have the "euro" wiring on the lights.
We will let you know once we reach your spot in line!

We may eventually do something with the center brake light but the new V4 does match it much more closely than the previous V3's did.

My point with the center brake light on the wing is when you press the brake pedal … you can see each of the LED….. with your technology you see only a nice red line ( looks much more modern)

My turn for some pics :D.

As usual, Greg does not disappoint! Very happy with GRP's V4s. They are certainly brighter in the sun. More so to the naked eye than in my crappy photos. (Note that my CHMSL, although DOT approved, is not from Lotus and sits in a custom fabricated deck mount.)

Here's a few shots to compare on my car:

(NOTE: photo doesn't really show brighter V4 well but to they eye they certainly are brighter)

Thank you Greg!(y)(y)
Gotta say those are the best looking tail pipes I've seen so far.
