P0174 Code only on highways at constant Speed

Hi, I've had this problem on my Evora since I've owned it and no garage has been able to sort the problem. I get a P0174, Lean on bank 2, only when I've been travelling at a constant highway speed for more than 5 minutes. I usually drive on small twisty mountain roads near my home and the code never comes up, ever.
Garages have checked for air leaks. Replaced the MAF sensor. Checked both O2 sensors and that the cat is working fine. Everything checks out. Could it be fuel? How do I check injectors and fuel pump? Any help would be appreciated.

What year? Do you have any mods on the car like CAI? When you replaced where did you source your MAF from? There have been bad ones out on ebay.
Have you cleaned MAF with MAF cleaner then clean the contacts in the connector with electrical contact cleaner followed by treating with Deoxit or Stabilent22 then ziptie it per Lotus? This is the usual fix. Important to do all steps
