Reverse Light Switch Part? (EA60 CR Trans)

Hey everyone I've been trying to track down a Lotus part number but it doesn't seem to exsist. In the service manual section FL page 9 is the only place a reference is made to the "Reverse Light Switch". I know the unit is the Toyota EA60 unit (Avensis) would I assume it's just the same part from an Avensis then? Know what year? (2005+?).

Reason looking to replace is my reverse lights / camera come and go, from what I read other forums a replacement of that switch could take care of (faulty/failing switch). Fuse is good, wiring in trunk for reverse light plugs looked good. Like I said come and go, work days at a time then stop for a week, then back.

Thanks guys!

Just wanted to update while I had it in the shop getting the new Toe Links installed I had the Toyota technician test the switch for me. Tested just fine so that's all good, now I get to figure out what is really causing the issue. I've noticed now when I go to put it in reverse and it works I'm good. If I get a black screen I can go back into neutral, tap map/navigation and accept the warning, then going back into reverse I get the camera and the beep.

Not sure what that means, it's strange that the black screen is associated with no reverse lights too, doing the accept and reverse to get it working gives me reverse lights too so I'm really lost on the issue now since not switch related.

GatorMotorsports has hooked me up several times with OEM parts. Even overnighted key blanks to me when mine were stolen. Dino is very knowledgeable and will hook you up if they have it in stock.

Thanks for the info Gunpilot I talked with Dino who did some parts tracking for and could get the switch for $60 bucks. Strange that Lotus of West Covina (Lotus Parts Direct) couldn't source it, it's unavailable for them to order through Lotus. Dino is getting me a key cut along with a fob and shipping it (car only had one key with it), great guy!
