$399.00

Check price

Austin, Texas

I used this exhaust for maybe 1000 miles. I apparently need something a lot quieter.
I'm selling at a serious discount - BOE Featherweight Exhaust – BOE Fabrication is the original price and I'm also including 2 boxes of scrubble - the stuff that you can use to re-pack.

This exhaust is as pictures - and I have a box that I can pack it well in.

Buyer pays shipping.

Mine became unbearable and after repacking with a different type of scrubble and ceramic packing it's so much quieter until you hit that second cam then it's as loud as ever. I have a tread in repacking the ST for the future owner.

It looks like the inlet and exit has been changed to a clamp style connection, can you please elaborate on that. Also that looks more like a Boe ST-5.

Its the ST for sure.
No tip, sorry. I believe these can be ordered separately.
This was changed to whats called a V-band type connection.
I was told by the shop that did it that its more secure for leaks.
While the stock and other exhausts are 'slip on', they can more easily leak as well.
Just being honest here - you would want a shop that is experienced in installing exhausts properly and they can probably make whatever tip you want work.

I am not interested in buying, I already have an ST, but from the picture it sure looks like an ST-5. The difference between the two is yours has the 3 screws part way up the body, the ST does not.

Ok folks. Thanks for all the comments. I apparently had an ST and then changed to ST-5 later and I had to go dissect 100 emails back and forth from what I ordered to come to that conclusion (hence the delay in responding).

Don't feel bad I did the same in reverse. Posted I had ST-5 and member pointed out it was a ST. Had to look at order sheet to refresh my memory.

I really liked my ST -5, just wanted to go back to stock levels. Always curious about going back and seeing if I'd routed it under the diffuser if that would have been enough. This is quite tempting.

Can you measure your OD on that V-Band? I have Vbands on my current setup, so curious if this would mount right up.
