Does anyone have a link to a decent Evora 400 clutch replacement step by step? Remove rear clam, engine, etc...

If you get the service notes you'll have a step by step guide though it requires a few different sections (body, engine, transmission to name a few) to have the full picture.

One tip is to pop the gas flap first thing so you don't remove the battery to discover you can't open the flap 🤦‍♂️

Thank you for the replies and tips. I'm looking at clutch kits from GRP where xclutch makes a few types that fit the 400. Anyone have input on how these perform/drive?

I have the xclutch stage 2 ceramic segmented for my track Evora and it is very different than the stock 400/GT. Much closer to an on/off switch though I can still slip it to reverse etc.

GRP is fantastic - reach out to him if you have any specific questions.

I went with the MonkeyWrench HD clutch - its organic but rated slightly stronger than OEM with a lightened flywheel. Engagement is very similar to OEM but slightly stronger to handle track duty. The light flywheel is great for performance/quick response but is noisy for street use. It makes noise at idle which is kind of annoying.

I have the Stage 1 XClutch from GRP in my Evora 400 as of just a few weeks ago. Less than 200 miles on it but overall it's pretty friendly. The clutch engagement point is right off the floor so it's taking some time to get used to (and maybe that will change a little as it breaks in?). Seems like a really nice product overall.

Another one for the stage 1 XClutch. Have about 9k miles on It and it is an easy clutch to drive.

Looks like you are talking about this xclutch
"XClutch Clutch Kit for Lotus Evora & Emira- Stage 1 w/ Organic Clutch Disc"
I'm favoring going that way. Max torque value is 440. Dont think I will be hitting that.
Did it have the idle noise that Vert is talking about?
