The Pico isn’t just a booster, it’s a full car seat for kids 22-50 lbs and 2 yo and up. I have one and have used it with my kiddo since he was around 30 lbs. works well but is hard to adjust.

I have the Pico Wayb for my kid. She was 2 when I got and she still uses it today. As long as they are old enough to be in a forward facing. She loves it and it's super easy to fold up and light to carry around. Used it for airplane rides too

I have the Graco 3 in 1 transitions for the older kid and a Cybex alton q for rear facing...both fit fine, its getting back there and setting everything up thats the hard part

How much room do you give up on the driver side to run a rear facing seat though?

 

Are you asking me? I can only speak for the carbon seats as I'm not sure if a rear will work with the sparco seats. The rear only fits behind the driver seat and not the passenger, apparently the slider for the driver side has more distance. In terms of space, it might vary for others but I have my seat all the way up so it makes no difference for me so any more than that wouldn't work for rear seats.
I know they work with the recaros but you'll have to incline the seat forward which may be uncomfortable

 

I had 2 pico wayb's in the back of my 21 GT when the kids were 2 and 4. They're now 4 and 6 and the 6 year old completely skipped the booster in this car due to the shelf/seat height. Now just my daughter uses the pico wayb. I have carbon seats in my car now and it gives the kids way more space back there. But they were still fine with the factory GT seats
